Warranty Registration

1. Warranty Period: The warranty coverage is valid for a duration specified for each product, commencing from the date of purchase.

2. Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a purchase receipt, must be uploaded for product warranty registration. The receipt should clearly display the place of purchase, date of purchase, and details of the purchased product. Otherwise, the warranty registration will be considered unsuccessful.

4. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, customers are required to return the product to the original place of purchase with a valid proof of purchase, i.e. purchase receipt or email received upon warranty registration. Our customer service team will work with the retailer to review the information and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Direct exchanges or replacements with the retailer are not included in the standard warranty procedure.

5. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning products for warranty service.

7. Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. We reserves the rights NOT to state or made known reason of rejected claims.

8. Voidance of Warranty: The warranty is void if the product is serviced or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
